They will take control of tasks like reaching out to vendors to chedule meetings, attending vendor meetings with you, answering questions from vendors and venues that would typically burden you, or simply help you make the perfect selections on things like decor, flowers, and linens to make your event look amazing!

Partial
WEDDING PLANNING
Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than a full service package. This offering is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way.
Our Partial Planning Package includes help with finalizing vendors, full assistance with design and execution of the design, and the full day coordination set up and tear down.
ALL DAY LONG
Allow our Wedding Coordinators to assist you and your bridal party. Our coordinators are there for any set up as well. So hand over any decor and let them help execute your vision. With our capable Day-of Coordinator watching over the details of the day, you can enjoy all of the special moments with your family and friends without the stress. This also means that your bridal party and family can enjoy your day too!
Once you arrive at the site of your ceremony the support continues. Our team will make sure that everyone is in place and prepared for your ceremony. We will work through details with the church or venue to make sure that everything is executed to perfection. The coordinator will ensure that the guests are seated correctly and in a timely fashion, that members of the wedding party are directed to their places and entrances are timed to perfection with the music. EVENT ONLY
Sometimes our brides decided to tackle the task of planning their own wedding, but just need that reassurance that someone who has coordinated many weddings will be there for the ceremony and reception. Our team is up to the challenge!
Our Event Coordinators will arrive at your venue prior to your arrival, organize all vendors, including caterer, photographer, videographer, and DJ. They will greet you and your bridal party when you arrive and make sure that everything is in order for a successful event!
